JavaScript Examples
Following are some examples of how client-side scripting using JavaScript and the Document Object Model (DOM) can be useful for your web site:
- Clock - After extracted to the "clock" folder, open the index.htm file with your Microsoft® Internet Explorer web browser and see the current time displayed using scripted "analog-style" image iterations.
- Meter - The meter demonstrates JavaScript's mouse event-handling capabilities and is presented using LED-like images.
- Filter - After all images have loaded (30-90 seconds), check out this auto/bike slide-show which uses filter transitions available in Microsoft® Internet Explorer.
